Exodus 15:26b I am the Lord that healeth thee.

Before Moses returned to Egypt to liberate Israel, we know that God identified Himself to Moses as Jehovah. the Great I AM.  In this verse, God reveals to Moses and Israel that He is Jehovah Rapha, I AM THE LORD THAT HEALS.  Here, at this crucial time in Israel's journey to the Promised Land, God offers Himself as the Healer, guaranteeing that He would heal the bitterness in the people and provide justice to their circumstances.  God still speaks healing and justice to us today.  Out of His love, He still cares for His children and keeps all of His promises.   Pastor John
