God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by who also he made the worlds.
The first e-mail was sent in 1971 by a fellow named Ray Tomlinson while he experimented with ways that people and computers could interact. He sent the message from his computer through a network to a different unit in his office. Now, decades later, more than a billion e-mails are sent every day. Many contain important news from coworkers, family or friends, but many others contain unwanted advertising or even destructive viruses. There's a basic rule governing e-mail use. Don't open it unless you trust the sender. God sent us a message through His Son a - a message of love and hope. We can trust that sender. Let us continue to read God's message from His Word this year. Find a special daily devotion source that brings the message of Jesus Christ to you in a way that speaks to you. Be faithful to read and take His Word to heart.
