Therefore He said unto them, The Harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the Harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his Harvest.
Today we have a great reason to celebrate....It's the harvest time of the year! Notice that Jesus refers to this harvest as his(God's) harvest. God's is the greatest harvest. The crops that we gather from the fields will eventually be consumed and gone, but the harvest we reap for God is eternal. There is still a greater harvest ahead. I believe we are just beginning. As we see the harvest before us, let us pray that God will use us to be fruitful and that He, as a result, will bring more new harvesters to our aid.
